Le projet immobilier accompagnant le parc Disneyland Paris a connu plusieurs phases d'expansion, notamment autour du centre commercial Val d'Europe à Marne-la-Vallée. Le photographe allemand Christoph Sillem s'est intéressé à deux reprises à ces nouveaux ensembles avec ses séries A World Around Disney I & II. Plus récemment la série de documentaires La France en vrai de France 3 région a proposé le film "Mon voisin Mickey" et revient sur l'histoire de ces quartiers et de ces habitants. En 2015, Vice a publié un témoignage qui revisite également cette enfance passée au côté du géant américain.

The real estate project accompanying the Disneyland Paris park has undergone several phases of expansion, particularly around the Val d'Europe shopping centre in Marne-la-Vallée. The German photographer Christoph Sillem has twice taken an interest in these new sets with his series A World Around Disney I & II. More recently, the documentary series La France en vrai de France 3 région has proposed the film "Mon voisin Mickey" and looks back on the history of these neighborhoods and their inhabitants. In 2015, Vice published a testimonial that also revisits this childhood spent at the side of the American giant.
